PINGO CARD Calling Instructions

  1. Dial your local or toll-free access number (you can find the link to access numbers on the Rates page). Pingo provides a convenient toll-free access number (1-888-YO-PINGO).
  2. At the voice prompt, enter your Account number and PIN (if you are not using one of your PINless phones).
  3. Dial the number you want to call. For all other calls, including domestic and international long distance, dial: (country code) + (phone number) + #.
    For example, for domestic USA call: 1 + (area code) + (phone number) + #.
    When calling from your mobile phone, do not hit "Send" after dialing the number you're trying to call.
  4. If you make a mistake while dialing, just press the key (*) to start over.
  5. To place another call simply hold down the key (#) for two seconds and dial the new number you'd like to call, followed by the key (#) -- there's no need to re-enter your account number or PIN.

  1. Open downloadable Dialer Screen on your computer.
  2. Dial the destination number using the following format: (*) + (country code) + (city code) + (phone number).
  3. Use button "Call" to connect.

    International call: 810 + (country code) + (area code) + (phone number).
    Domestic call within Russia: 8 + (city code) + (phone number).
  4. To make another call or to redial do not hang up, just press key (#).

  1. Dial toll free access number (sent via email), wait for a prompt.
  2. After the prompt, enter your PIN number (sent via email).
  3. Dial your destination number:

    For international call: 011 + (country code) + (city code) + (phone number).
  4. To place another call, do not hang up. Press pound key (#) for 2 seconds, then repeat step 3.

  1. Dial access number and wait for a prompt.
    USA and Canada: 1-800-209-4537.
  2. Enter your PIN number and wait for a prompt.
  3. Dial your destination number and press the pound (#) key for better connection.
    For call to/within the USA and Canada, press: 1 + (area code) + (phone number) + #.
    For international call, press: 011 + (country code) + (area code) + (phone number) + #.
  4. If no connection is established within 20 seconds, hang up and try again.

  Access Numbers:   Calling from outside of USA or Canada:
  1. Dial the AT&T access number for the country you are in and wait for a prompt.
  2. Dial 800-487-7646 and wait for a prompt.
  3. Enter your PIN number and wait for a prompt.
  4. Dial for international call: 011 + (country code) + (area code) + (phone number).
  5. Dial for call to USA and Canada: 1 + (area code) + (phone number).
  Calling from USA or Canada:
  1. Dial access number and wait for a prompt.
  2. Enter your PIN number and wait for a prompt.
  3. Dial your destination number.
  4. If no connection is established in 20 seconds, please hang up and try again.
  5. To redial, press star three times (***) and dial the destination number.
  6. For other options, press pound (#): to hear balance (in US domestic minutes), press 3; for U.S. Directory Assistance, press 4; for Speed Dial, press 5.
